Dedicated to the Lost Angels

I have felt all the emotions, guilt, shame, sadness and anger. I have now started to accept my decisions that lead to that day. In doing so I wrote a poem about the situation. It lets me cry when I feel I can't.

Although I've never met you,

I love you with all my heart.

The day we were meant to meet,

Has now been ripped apart.

I will never get to see you smile,

Hear you laugh, or feel your touch.

Even though I will never see these things,

I miss them so very much.

You were God's gift to me,

And I ignored all the signs,

Life would have been better with you,

But now I'm dying inside.

Please know, your daddy and I,

Still love you, forever and a day.

You will always be our angel,

In every single way.
